Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions.

  1. How do I inflate the Air Shock?
    Simply put the nozzle of the pump accessory into the Air Shock valve, and pump away. Click here for more information.

  2. How much do I inflate the Air Shock?
    It's simple:
    1) Around 12 pumps will fill the Air Shock to the correct pressure
    2) the Air Shock should be inflated until firm to the touch

  3. Can I over inflate the Air Shock?
    No, the pump is designed not to allow over inflation of the Air Shock packaging.

  4. Do pump I up the Air Shock first, before inserting the bottle?
    Our current customers do both. Some prefer to inflate the Air Shock packaging first and then insert the bottle. Others insert the bottle and inflate with the bottle in situ.

  5. Can I order a new pump?
    Yes, pumps are available to buy here

  6. Is there a faster way to inflate lots of Air Shock?
    For volume packaging, we offer an electric pump. Contact our office for more information.

  7. Does the Air Shock come in different colors?
    Not yet… but if you have a wholesale request, contact our office.

  8. How do I know that I am getting a good quality product?
    In in-house testing, Air Shock packaging meets or exceeds all outlined tests and standards applicable within the ISO standards. Read more about Air Shock's quality standards.

  9. Will my bottles fit the Air Shock?

    We define a bottle as a glass or plastic container, approximately spherical or elliptical in cross-section shape, that takes around 750ml or 25 fluid ounces of liquid.

    The internal dimensions of an inflated Air Shock are:
    Height: 300mm (12")
    Width: 85mm (3 1/2")
    Depth: 85mm (3 1/2")
